Too little of a return on the rewards

Too expensive!!!! The coin returns plus rewards are laughable. It's a scam to ensure the player has to spend money to just beat a level. The boosters, when implemented never seems to be at a place where it can actually help so it's almost useless. Before you know it, you have to buy more boosters and/or time (literally). And the butler is irritating! I quit!

After writing the above review I decided to go back and give it another chance. I tried to play the game without spending any money and it was impossible not to. Having said that, not much about the game has been "fixed" or improved upon since my last review. What is the point of reviews if you don't care what your players say? I play other games and never have I had to spend this kind of money playing a game. It is impossible to earn coins from the game because you have to use what you earn (it is a ridiculously small amount) it to buy power ups so it's impossible to build on what you earn. I am almost always at zero. Very disappointing. And the fact that you have to wait another 30 minutes to play again after the five measly chances you are given is stupid. I enjoy the game and unraveling the garden however until you fix the issues people are writing about, it is not worth it! I guess you guys don't care much about creating a more balanced game and having players who will invest in the game long term!!! Not spending another dime!

We've also added the Magic Hats and the Treasure Hound events where you can get free power-ups at the start of each level, be sure to try them out!

Have played for 3 years and lost my game.

So 10 days ago my game was lost. I would give this game a 5 star until this happened. My game kept crashing since 2 updates ago. I followed the instructions and deleted the game and reloaded it. Game was GONE! So I followed the support instructions for game recovery. Didn’t work. So I wrote support as it said to do. After 5 days no response. I wrote again. Got a automated response telling me to do what I had already done. So I wrote back letting them know and asking them to reload my game with all the info asked for in the instructions. I got an automated message telling me to do the same as the 1st message. So I sent a message back explaining I already had and asked them to reload my game and included all my game info. 4 more days passed and NOTHING. So on day 9 I filled out the Facebook support form and immediately got an email telling me the steps to go into the app and contact Support there! So I went back into the app and again sent a request explains all the steps I had tried. This time I got a in-app response with an agent name on it but they OBVIOUSLY didn’t read my email because they listed the normal steps and asked me to try them first. So I again wrote back telling them I had tried as my request stated.
I don’t get it. I have sent them screen shots of my old game ID number and ALL the info they asked for including the Date/Time stamp of the last played correct game. Nothing! Don’t know what else to do.

Great Addictive Game

I really love this game, but it is expensive! Trying to get through the challenge games, I must say is sometimes fun and easy. But, there are times that I can spend $100 trying to get through one!
Like I said, it’s addictive, so really have to stop and take a break from it as my budget doesn’t fit spending so much! Just wish they would lower the prices. Sorry, but it’s the truth...it’s expensive!
I do like the new little monsters in the games, they seem to help the game go faster. Still have to get used to them, though. Hopefully, they will ease off the buying more coins to get through the game, but haven’t noticed the change yet. Just wish we could get more for our money.
Still thinking it’s expensive. They even take you down a shield if you don’t play. But, if you’re strapped for money, you don’t play! So, what’s the difference, you still don’t get ahead!
It’s still expensive! But, love it. Just wish some of the challenges wouldn’t be so hard. Some are easy, but most take time which raises the cost of playing. Need to limit my playing, but, as I said earlier, it’s addictive. Had hoped to finish more of the rooms, but they keep on adding more items! Then the time frame isn’t long enough for my budget! So, just give up trying!
